LOFFICE is a new-generation office located where the creative and the business spheres coincide; a place where the means of working, networking and relaxing are provided, a place where everyone finds the space best suited to their activity. We opened our first coworking office in 2009, in the former printing house of the Liszt Academy of Music, in Paulay Ede street. The six-story building, upon being restored to its original character and fitted with renewable energy using appliances, became the new genereation of entrepreneurs’ base, boasting its terrace which overlooks the Conservatory’s garden. As Hungarian pioneers of the coworking model we designed our workstations, offices, event spaces and exhibition areas with respect to unique needs, integrating contemporary art into the work environment. We see aiding the micro and mid-size ventures with consultation and training as our mission. Through out networking events and workshops hosted by renowned experts start-up companies can obtain useful business, legal, financial and economic knowledge. Another service of ours is the virtual office. Furthermore, through our partners we provide effective help and a broad array of professional consulting for starting up a company. Their offices are located in four places in Budapest and one spot in Vienna. The two sisters ran family business won the Prize of Young Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2010, the Green Office of the Year Award in 2011 and the Design Management Prize in 2013 which awards the successful implementation of design, marketing and communication. Also in 2013 Loffice had been awarded by the Office of the Year Design Prize for its Distinction @ Saletrom office, as a recognition of the unique, cutting-edge design of the loft space.
